Multiple choice - critical bug fix

Last week we introduced a critical bug to multiple choice mode. The results were all being pulled from dictionaries, rather than the database for the current course. This has now been resolved, and multiple choice answers should now be accurate again. We apologise for any inconvenience to users of multiple choice.
